Eligibility for Honda Care
For Hondas with more than 36,000 miles ... Or ... more than 3 years old(from the original inservice date) American Honda will only accept Honda Care applications if they are purchased at the time the Honda is purchased. Therefore, unfortunately, our site cannot help you purchase a Honda Care extended warranty.

You may have noticed that we have built 10 days of leeway into these dates. This provides a safety buffer of time to allow for mailing and processing of your application. If you are on the cusp of the 3 Year cutoff, we would suggest that you use a local Honda dealer for this purchase, assuring that your opportunity to buy Honda Care does not expire.
Likewise, if you are right on the cusp of the 36,000 miles requirement, you would be well-advised to buy the Honda Care warranty from a local dealer.
